Alana De La Garza has made a name for herself in the world of TV. De La Garza, a Mexican American father as well as an Irish American mother, was born in Columbus Ohio on June 26, 1976. In 2006 she was also cast as A.D.A. in Law & Order. Connie Rubirosa. She appeared in 85 episodes. After a short run, her character migrated onto Law & Order: LA. De La Garza received several nominations for her character for her role, including Best Supporting Actress Television Imagen Foundation Awards or even ALMA Award nominees. She was awarded an Impact Award in 2008 for her performance that stood out on an intense television show from National Hispanic Media Coalition. In the next few days, De La Garza was cast for CSI Miami in a recurring part. She was cast as Marisol Delko as the wife of David Caruso's Horatio. Her most recent appearance on TV was in the role of Dr. Lena Solis on NBC's mildly dark show Do No Harm. The show was later cancelled by NBC in the first two episodes.
